The Bachelor of Science in Risk Management & Insurance program at Ohio Dominican University provides students with in-depth knowledge of decision-making processes and insurance entities in order to facilitate effective assessment and management of personal and organizational risks.

The specialized courses in risk management and insurance are complemented by a strong set of courses in all the functional areas of business, and economics, and the strong Ohio Dominican University liberal arts core curriculum.
This program prepares students for successful careers in the insurance industry through professional connections that support student development and career opportunities including accounting, product analysis, pricing, sales, marketing, distribution, information technology, project management and underwriting.

Students with strong academic performance may apply for admission to the 4 + 1 Program through ODU's Graduate Programs. Students accepted into the program will work toward completing both their bachelor's and master's degrees in a total of five academic years.
