Please join us for a special library celebration on Thursday, Feb. 9, and see the completed renovation of the top floor of the Spangler Learning Center. The celebratory open house is from 2:30-4:30 p.m. and will feature a free gift for the 1st 20 visitors, mini tours, free raffle for ODU swag, appetizers, refreshments and more.
