SARA Complaint Process
How to File a SARA Complaint
The University considers that any problem or concern a student may have deserves attention and consideration. Students are encouraged to act on problems, complaints, and grievances in a constructive manner. Normal channels of communication ought to be used as the first mode of seeking resolution. It is the student’s right to follow all the steps outlined in the Student Handbook.
